The Trentino waterfront has always been the gateway to central Europe, Austria and Germany to the plain, the vegetation, the Mediterranean atmosphere.

So it’s a terminal, a place that’s going to attract more and more tourists from Central Europe.

It is therefore necessary to anticipate the future by upgrading hospitality, respecting the landscape and the character of the place.

We are therefore required to draw up a Strategic Plan for the entire area of Lake Riva del Garda, in order to develop the maximum potential.

The Implementation Plan of the lake strip therefore defines the strategies to be adopted for the creation of the Garda Park, for the redevelopment of existing urban compartments and elaborate six “exemplary projects” for the most sensitive and compromised areas, where it is essential to intervene for the presence of functions and uses often incompatible with the delicate natural context.
