Urban Planning for the Trentino Municipalities of Alto Garda

The experience of the plans of the district begun in Italy from Trentino, after difficulties and hesitation, has turned into the drafting of new urban plans of the whole, called Plans of the Community, involving sets of more common that have the same geographical and urban history.

Alberto Cecchetto is in charge of taking care of the “community” of the municipalities of Trentino on the banks of Alto Garda. An archipelago of urban centers that together are the most attractive tourist area for density and people involved, the North East.

It draws up a new generation strategic plan, which operates at various scales simultaneously, outlining both the guidelines for future urban development, and the areas and “urban projects” of greatest interest, where the plan sets out urban principles, rules and behaviour to be adopted for their future retraining.
