The new district will rise in an area that is part of the first expansion belt of the city of Rovereto (province of Trento), currently occupied almost entirely by disused volumes.
The intervention looms as a radical redevelopment of an old industrial compendium, abandoned and dilapidated, now incorporated into the urban reality that will offer the city a new neighborhood, consisting not only of private residences, but also commercial and management spaces (for a total of 25000 square meters covered), a large number of private and public parking spaces and, for lovers of greenery, large and green gardens where you can spend in serenity moments of relaxation, surrounded by nature.
The apartments, which will range from the two-room apartment to the large four-room, will be built according to the most modern technologies at the service of nature and well-being, such as solar panels, groups and thermal coats and the use of underfloor heating: the whole complex can therefore be counted among the “energy-efficient” buildings.
The new housing will also be well equipped with services, given the proximity of major shopping centers and the idea of creating, within the neighborhood, a new kindergarten primarily dedicated to families who will stay here.
